Pool Membership is the larger portion of the FCHOA membership. Below are details on the rules and procedures of the pool.

Rules and Regulations
Forest Chase is a “SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK” community. There is NO LIFE
GUARD ON DUTY. For your safety, please read and sign the Liability Waiver below.
By signing the pool rules, members agree and understand that the Forest Chase Pool, Forest Chase Homeowners Association, and all of its members shall NOT be held liable or accountable for any member, guests of members, or property not belonging to the Forest Chase Homeowners Association.
By signing the pool rules, members acknowledge that they have reviewed the Forest Chase Pool Rules and Regulations and that a copy is available for me at all times at www.ForestChase.org or it can be requested at pool@forestchase.org. Members further acknowledge that their family and guests of the family will abide by all rules and regulations or will be subject to temporary or permanent expulsion from the pool to be decided upon by the current Forest Chase Homeowners Association Executive Board.
Permanent expulsion from the pool does NOT entitle me to a refund of my membership dues.
If anyone has an accident in the pool, the adult MUST ask everyone to exit the pool area and immediately contact a Forest Chase Homeowners Association Board member. The entire cost associated with cleaning the pool due to an accident will be solely on the responsible party.
The current gate code will be provided via email once the completed waiver and minor release forms are submitted. The code can change throughout the pool season. Pool members will be notified via email. It is against policy for the code to be shared. If the code is shared, a penalty of being expelled from the pool for the season may be enforced at the discretion of the Forest Chase Homeowners Association Board without the refund of your annual membership dues.
Members must ensure that the door to the pool is closed and locked behind them when they enter and exit the pool. The pool door is NOT to be left open or unlocked at any time. Individuals without the code are NOT to be let into the pool area. They are to contact the Board for assistance. If you are caught letting in residents who are non-members, a penalty of being expelled from the pool for the season may be enforced at the discretion of the Forest Chase Homeowners Association Board without the refund of your annual membership dues.
Pets of any kind are prohibited from the pool, with the exception of a certified service animal. Emotional support animals do not qualify as a certified service animal.
Members are responsible for the general housekeeping of the pool area including cleaning up their area, hosing down if needed, emptying the garbage when it is full. Please bring your own cleaning supplies, garbage bags will be provided.
Members are financially responsible for any community property damaged or broken from their use.
Proper bathing attired is required. Please be adequately covered for a family atmosphere. String bikinis or thongs are not allowed. Jeans and cut- offs are also not allowed. Members are responsible for communicating this to their guests.
Use the shower before entering the pool if necessary.
Standard Red Cross health and safety rules apply at all times. People with communicable diseases or open sores will be restricted from pool use.
No glassware is permitted in the pool enclosure.
No diving allowed in the shallow end of the pool.
Running is not allowed in the pool enclosure. Please walk.
Pushing or horseplay in or out of the water will not be tolerated in the pool area.
Hard throwing objects are not allowed in the water. This includes but is not limited to tennis balls, footballs, basket balls, Frisbees etc.
Please KEEP OFF THE ROPE. Hanging on or playing on the rope is not permitted.
Abusive or obscene language will not be tolerated.
No loud music at any time.

Swimming is prohibited during thunder and/or lightning storms and swimmers must wait 30 minutes after the thunder and/or lightning ends before re-entering the water.
The pool deck is a NON-SMOKING area. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes. Please exit the pool area to use smoke/vape. Please exit the area to smoke. Smoking is permitted outside the pool gate. Please remember to extinguish and dispose of the butts in the receptacle provided for your convenience located outside the gate.
Violation of the above rules and regulations will be handled as follows:
1st offense of rules – a written warning will be issued by certified mail.
2nd offense of rules – pool membership will be revoked for your ENTIRE household for the remainder of the current pool season without a refund of membership dues.
Residents of Forest Chase who are not pool members are PROHIBITED from being guest at the pool. Non-residents guests of active pool members are always welcome when accompanied by an adult member; however, proper Pool Director and/or Board approval is required for all parties larger than six guests.
Memberships with Children
By signing the pool rules, parents or legal guardians of the named child(ren) on the
Forest Chase HOA 2024 Membership Application, hereby assume all liability for their child(ren) at all times whether accompanied by the parent/guardian or when escorted by the person(s) AGED 18 YEARS AND OLDER who must be named on the form. Parents/Guardians certify that any escort listed is at least 18 years of age and will assume all liability for any actions by escort or child(ren).
The escort(s) will assume all responsibility for all children named. These actions
include all times when said child(ren) is/are at the pool and surrounding areas with said escort(s).
The Forest Chase Homeowners Association Board of Directors reserves the right to demand that all parties leave the pool and surrounding areas, should they feel that the child(ren) is/are not properly supervised. A notice will be sent to the undersigned party as a documented first warning. If lack of supervision persists on multiple visits, membership will be voided without refund.
