Forest Chase subdivision encompasses approximately 127 acres of farmland purchased from Edward C. Wigley in January 1983. Over the next 2.5 years, the land was gradually developed into what is now a neighborhood of 253 homes. Welcome Home.

Sweat Mountain is a low mountain in far northeastern Cobb County, Georgia, in the suburbs north of Atlanta. The exact GNIS location of its summit is 34°4′1″N 84°27′20″W, and it has an official (USGS) elevation of 1,688 ft above mean sea level. It is the second-highest point in the county behind Kennesaw Mountain, and second in the core metro Atlanta area, behind Kennesaw Mountain, which is also in Cobb County. Its parent range is the Appalachian Mountains.
Rubes Creek runs through Forest Chase and is home to fish and their predators. As a member of FCHOA you are welcome to walk the common property along the creek, there are picnic tables to rest or eat at. Please pick up animal feces if you bring your fur friends. We also have two basketball hoops, bring a ball for some great fun.
