Forest Chase Homeowners Association Inc. (FCHOA)
All those who have purchased or are renting a home in Forest Chase are automatically represented by the Forest Chase Homeowners Association or FCHOA . The association is governed by an elected Board of Directors that oversee and plan the operation and future of the association. Your dues cover the expenses of
entrance landscaping and upkeep
common area grounds and pool access and upkeep
liability insurance protection for those paid and active in the association business
social activities to encourage community
Your dues are important to continued effectiveness and growth. Membership runs on a calendar year January through December. To help us keep Forest Chase a neighborhood we’re proud of, and to help us ensure that it improves each year, please provide your financial support.

*We use a payment platform called Zeffy, exclusively for all online payments. This platform offers 100% funding to FCHOA but asks for a processing fee donation. You are not obligated to donate toward Zeffy's processing fee. Whether a processing fee donation is selected or not, all transactions are final. See instructions below on how to avoid fees.

For pool memberships, the gate code will be sent via e-mail **(after the pool passes Cobb County Inspection)
